> Wash hands thoroughly
> Remove any excessive hair
> Make sure the area is clean, dry and not cold!
> Spread a thick layer over the area, around 2-3mm thick! Don’t rub it in!
> Cover it with plastic film – make sure it's air tight, but not too tight. Masking tape is great for awkward places! (this process can prevent evaporation while encouraging slow and proper -absorption into the skin
> Wash your hands thoroughly after application !
> Leave for 1 hour
> Remove the film, wipe/clean the area (your artist/nurse will probably do this for you)For piercings, film is better where possible but the cream should still work without!For extra large areas (full back piece), when possible, only remove sections of the film at a time to keep the area numbed for longer! Only apply the cream to exterior skin!
